Brazil Vs South Korea: Match Preview- International Friendlies 2019/20

Brazil will face South Korea in a friendly match on Tuesday at the Mohammad Bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

The five-time World Champions will be desperate to get back into winning ways after the defeat against Argentina by a margin of 1-0. After winning the Copa America final against Peru, Brazil have failed to win a single friendly match in the past three months. Due to this, the Brazilian side under the management of Tite will be eyeing to secure a win in the match against South Korea.

On the other hand, South Korea are coming into this match after sharing one point each with Lebanon in the World Cup qualifiers group stage match on Thursday.

Now they will take the match against the Selecaos, as a good test for the next few matches of the World Cup qualifiers. The coach is expected to make some changes in his squad and will try to give all his players the opportunity to shine against a heavyweight side like Brazil.

Previous Meeting Between These Two Sides

The last time Brazil and South Korea played an international friendly, it was way back in 2013. The game ended in a 2-0 win for Brazil. The fans will also be excited to witness another classic encounter on Tuesday, as they will hope both sides can deliver a solid performance.

It is quite clear that the Brazilians will be the favourites for this match. However, the Korean fans will be hoping that their team can put up a fight against their mighty rivals

Can Brazil finally get back to winning ways?

Tite called in a few young players in his squad for these friendlies. Players like Felipe, Renan Lodi, Rodrygo, Fabinho, Wesley, Douglas Luiz will be waiting to get an opportunity to prove themselves in this match.

Neymar is absent from the squad due to an injury problem and they are certainly missing his service in the field. The other players will be trying to fill up the gap with a good team performance in the next match.

On the other hand, South Korea will mostly rely on Son Heung-Min to shine on the big occasion like this on Tuesday. He has been a top player in the Premier League and a saviour for Spurs on multiple occasions. Hopefully, he can deliver in this clash.
