Man Utd vs PSG Preview:

The Red Devils are just a point shy of qualification to the knockout stages of the UCL, while PSG has some work to do. Manchester United pulled off a memorable performance at the Parc des Princes yet again, as they beat the home side 2-1 in October.

Marcus Rashford was once again involved in the winner as he fired a wonderful strike into the bottom left corner in the 87th minute of the game.

The Paris side is level on points with RB Leipzig who face Istanbul Basaksehir, and a loss for the French side would increase problems for Neymar and co.

Recent Form:

Manchester United have had one of the most confusing starts to the season, commencing the Premier League season in a disappointing fashion. The team lacked luster, urgency, motivation, and suddenly looked like a lot of levels away from what the world witnessed post-lockdown.

However, their performances in the Champions League have been completely opposite, beating PSG at their home, followed by a thumping 5-0 victory over the then Bundesliga leaders RB Leipzig.

Last Sunday was yet another display of character by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side as they went down 2-0 to Southampton in the first half and then a comeback led by former PSG man Edinson Cavani, who was involved in all the three goals United scored.

Cavani is still PSG's record scorer with 200 goals in 301 appearances during his seven-year tenure with the Paris side, and a goal against his ex-club this week would be his 50th in UEFA Club competitions.

For PSG, Thomas Tuchel and co. were halted by Bordeaux and failed to maintain the lead provided by Neymar and Moise Kean in the first half.

Players to Watch Out For:

Edinson Cavani would be one of the main players to watch out for, as he showed in the last game that he still has a lot left in him. It's time that he proves it to his former club too.

Donny Van de Beek was superb in his first Premier League start ever, and it looks like he will be instrumental in the Red Devil's midfield in the upcoming game.

For PSG, Neymar, Mbappe, and Angel Di Maria would be the ones who can cause some serious trouble to Ole and co. It will be interesting to see how United manage to hold them off.

Man Utd vs PSG Prediction:

PSG have lost both of their last two games against United and home. However, they won the last time they played at Old Trafford, and United's concerns while playing at home could up in this game.
