Kumble achieved the milestone of 200 test wickets during his 47th test match, which took place against Zimbabwe in Harare in 1998. Kumble concluded his Test career in 2008 with a match against Australia held in Delhi.
4. Harbhajan Singh – 46 matches
Harbhajan Singh finished his career with a total of 417 wickets, maintaining an impressive average of 32.46, along with 25 instances of taking five wickets in an innings. The Indian off-spinner was particularly known for his effective "Doosra" delivery, which turned away from right-handed batters.
He picked his 200th test wicket in the 46th test of his career, which was against Zimbabwe at Bulawayo in 2005. Singh played a pivotal role in India's bowling lineup throughout the 2000s, partnering effectively with Anil Kumble to create a formidable duo.
