Bayern Munich to make a mega move for Liverpool star attacker in the summer

Bayern Munich are set to oversee a major summer overhaul at the Allianz Arena in the summer.

As per reports in Germany, they want Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino to be part of their squad overhaul. They have already started working on a deal that looks really hard to crack.

It is claimed that Bayern manager Hans-Dieter Flick believes that the 28-year-old Brazilian forward is the ideal player to bring in to lead Bayern's attack with Robert Lewandowski, who turns 32 this summer.

Bayern are still interested in Manchester City winger Leroy Sane, in order to form an attack that will help them dominate both in Germany and Europe.

Firmino is a probably the most vital player in Liverpool's system and is a unique centre-forward. He is selfless and loves to drop deep. The Brazilian plays the role of the engine in Liverpool's high-pressing system and the fans often call him 'el Systemino'.

The hard-work Firmino puts on the pitch and his selfless game gives the freedom to his attacking colleagues Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane to cause havoc on a weekly basis.

It will be really hard to convince Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp to part ways with Firmino. The player also seems really happy at Anfield where he is loved by the fans.

Bayern Munich, however, believe the champions-elect are preparing themselves to let go off one of their three front-men. The Reds are reportedly in the mix to acquire Timo Werner from RB Leipzig.

Die Roten reckon that it leaves Firmino‘s role with the European champions under threat. Bayern Munich are ready to test Liverpool‘s resolve with an offer this summer, which could be as high as £75 million.

Liverpool have already started planning their title defense by speaking to every individual player and their agent to find out what their plans are for next season.

The majority have no intention of leaving but some could seek a move for more regular playing time. And, the Reds want to be prepared for that.
