As the 2024-25 campaign draws to a close, we take a closer look at the teams that have already secured their place in the UEFA Champions League 2025-26. With final standings beginning to take shape across Europe’s top leagues, the race for qualification is reaching its dramatic peak — and we’re here to keep you updated every step of the way.

The 2025–2026 UEFA Champions League will see a total of 36 teams, mirroring the format introduced in the first iteration of this expanded phase.

Of these, 25 teams will secure direct entry based on their domestic league performances in the 2024–2025 season. Additionally, the reigning Champions League winners and the 2024–2025 UEFA Europa League champions will also automatically qualify for the group stage.

The final two spots will be allocated to the top-ranking leagues based on UEFA’s coefficient system, with the remaining seven places filled through the qualification rounds. Notably, one more spot will be awarded to both the English and Spanish leagues, resulting in increased representation from these nations.

For the first time in history, the competition will feature six English clubs, as the Premier League has been granted an additional place. The winner of the 2024–2025 season's head-to-head between Manchester United and Tottenham will claim the final English spot, further cementing England's strong presence in Europe’s premier club competition.
