With seven out of the eight men being fully-fit, the best tennis players are expected to produce some enthralling tennis. We take a glance as to who would pull off the big title at the O2 Arena.

Group Bjorn Borg

Novak Djokovic (2)

Roger Federer (3)

Dominic Thiem (5)

Matteo Berrettini (8)

Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic have been placed in the same group along with Dominic Thiem and Italian, Matteo Berrettini.

Djokovic beat Berrettini in the first match, and then went on to lose to Dominic Thiem in a cliffhanger. Federer, on the other hand, lost to Thiem, and then beat Berrettini.

Considering Federer’s recent losses to Novak and Thiem being win-less against the Serb on hard-courts, it looked like Djokovic would be a clear-cut semifinalist at ATP World Tour Finals 2019.

But then, the scenario is that Thiem has become the first to qualify for the semifinals from the group. Also, it will be a straight eliminator when Djokovic locks horns with Federer for the last semi slot.

Berrettini, unfortunately, has no chances of qualifying further.

Predicted Semifinalists From Group Bjorn Borg:

Thiem (5)

Djokovic (2)

Group Andre Agassi

Rafael Nadal (1)

Daniil Medvedev (4)

Stefanos Tsitsipas (6)

Alexander Zverev (7)

With Rafa’s prevailing abdominal injury he does not seem to be the favourite face to win the tournament. Also, with the talented NextGen players in his category, Nadal is likely to be halted by the youngsters.

His precarious fitness status came under the scanner when defending champion, Alexander Zverev, thwarted him in straight sets.

But, Rafa produced an incredible fight when he came back from one set down and saved a match point to beat Daniil Medvedev in a US Open final encore.

The Russian sensation who held a record of reaching six straight finals on the ATP Tour, Medvedev, lost to Stefanos Tsitsipas and Nadal, and has surprisingly crashed out very early.

Tsitsipas, though, beat Medvedev and Zverev, and has already become the first semifinalist from the group.

Rafa will have it tough against the Greek in the last match, and Zverev will face Medvedev, and that will decide the fourth semifinalist.

Predicted Semifinalists From Group Andre Agassi:

Tsitsipas (6)

Nadal (1)

The semi-finals lineup is expected to be Thiem vs Nadal and Tsitsipas vs Djokovic. With the ‘Big Three’ of tennis reigning on the ATP courts for more than a decade now, it looks like the showdown would be between Nadal and Djokovic.

In the final, we predict that Novak Djokovic would come up trumps and win the ATP Tour.
