Barcelona player’s salary:
Barcelona has been in their worst phase, since their embarrassing defeat to Bayern Munich. After that Barcelona has suffered huge setbacks, financial constraints, limited signing, and the departure of Lionel Messi.
After a $1.2billion debt, the club had to cut the wages of Barcelona players who had high earning in order to adhere to certain rules of La Liga. After the pandemic hit Barcelona, the club stopped the investments and lowered the wages of staff and the base budget until things return to their place.

Real Madrid player’s salary:
The Los Blancos is considered one of the richest clubs in Europe, topping the group of the richest clubs.
The club has endured a trophyless season and has made a few signings this season to reinforce their squad for the upcoming season. However, Real Madrid is still in the need to buttress their midfield and forwards. And as for Benzema, Toni Kroos, and Modric are reaching the twilight of their career, the club needs to make some fresh signings.
