EPL Week 32 Predictions: Premier League 2021/2022 | GW 32 Fixtures
Week 32 of the Premier League will see big battles at both top as well as at the bottom of the table as all 20 teams gear up for yet another big weekend of Premier League action.
Manchester City hosting Liverpool will be the biggest clash which will have ramifications on the Premier League title, while Burnley’s visit to Norwich could be decisive in the relegation battle.
Newcastle United vs Wolves
Two teams lying on either side of the table, Newcastle were dismantled last time by Spurs while Wolves returned back to the Premier League with a win against Aston Villa.
While Newcastle have struggled in the recent weeks, Wolves have continued their excellent form. Bruno Lage's side has an excellent defensive record which might help them for the late European push.
EPL Predictions today: Newcastle 1-1 Wolves
Everton vs Manchester United
A game that will have bearings on both top-four race and relegation, a defeat for either Everton or Manchester United will be a demoralizing prospect, provided their perilous situation in the table.
Everton's defeat to Burnley has left them just one place above the relegation zone, while Ralf Ragnick's side couldn't afford to drop points if they want to play Champions League football next season.
EPL Predictions today: Everton 1-2 Man United
Arsenal vs Brighton
Arsenal were on the wrong side of the result last time they played in the Premier League as they suffered a horrible 0-3 defeat to Crystal Palace, however they can't have a better fixture than Brighton.
An out of form Brighton have found points hard to come by since the turn of the year as Graham Potter's side languish in the bottom half of the table.
A goalless draw against Norwich didn't help their cause as their poor form continued, while they did a double over Arsenal in recent time.
EPL Predictions today: Arsenal 2-0 Brighton
Southampton vs Chelsea
The affair at the St. Mary's stadium will be a huge fixture for Chelsea than for Southampton as the Londoners face a huge turnaround in the Champions League against Real Madrid.
Southampton aren't getting relegated nor are they challenging for Europe but will try to put a spanner in the work for Chelsea.
A win for Chelsea will see them solidify their position in the top four while Spurs and Arsenal are sitting on their shoulders.
EPL Predictions today: Southampton 1-4 Chelsea
Watford vs Leeds
A huge clash at bottom of the table will see Watford go level with Everton and above Burnley off results go their way.
However, a defeat will all but put them in a demoralizing position of relegation. Opponents Leeds aren't safe yet, but a win will see them take a giant step towards safety as they are still technically not safe.
Leeds have had a turn in fortunes since Jesse Marsch took over and a win on Saturday will be their third under the new manager as they step towards Premier League survival.
EPL Predictions today: Watford 1-0 Leeds
Tottenham Hotspur vs Aston Villa
A 5-1 win against Newcastle last week saw Spurs make the top four for the first time since September and another repeat performance against Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa will see Spurs take a giant step towards Champions League football.
On the other side, Aston Villa will have fresh memories from their win last season as they won the fixture to end Spurs' Europa League aspirations. Villa would be eager to put their recent disappointment away against Wolves and try to return back to winning ways.
EPL Predictions today: Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 Aston Villa
Brentford vs West Ham United
A London derby that could swing in any direction as both Brentford are on seventh heaven having beaten Chelsea 4-1 at Stamford Bridge.
West Ham are still only three points from the top four and will try to get into the champions league through the league.
A win will make a good case for them, but much will depend upon the team fatigue, as they faced Lyon in a tense Europa League tie where Aaron Creswell was sent off.
The Europa League also represents a great opportunity for West Ham to win a trophy as well as get into Champions League if they fail to do so through Premier League.
EPL Predictions today: Brentford 1-2 West Ham
Leicester City vs Crystal Palace
With one eye on Europe, Leicester are targeting yet another trophy this season as they try to win the Europa Conference League, while they almost sealed three points at Old Trafford last time out before VAR denied them.
Crystal Palace though were rampant on Monday night as they ripped apart Arsenal 3-0 to solidify their position in the league.
Like Leicester, Palace also have one eye on a trophy as they play Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final, the fixture will be a good build-up for next week for Patrick Vieira's side.
EPL Predictions today: Leicester City 2-2 Crystal Palace
Norwich City vs Burnley
Two teams that occupy the relegation zone in the Premier League, Burnley will be high on confidence as they try to go back-to-back wins in the Premier League after a midweek win against fellow relegation rivals Everton.
Norwich on the flip side will be optimistic about their survival as well, as they make a late push to avoid the drop. The dismal campaign has seen Norwich earn 17 points, however, a loss will all but end their hopes of survival as games are running out of hands.
EPL Predictions today: Norwich 1-2 Burnley
Manchester City vs Liverpool
The top of the table clash which will decide the fate of the two sides will see the giants of English football go head-to-head at the Etihad stadium.
Both City and Liverpool are booked for the FA Cup semi-final as well, while a potential Champions League final is another scenario where these teams could meet.
But for now, though, a City win will see them open a four-point gap on the Reds, while a Liverpool win see them leapfrog City while a draw will keep the affairs tight with only one point separating the two sides.
Players like Mo Salah and De Bruyne will be key for their respective sides as they are both are also engaged in the Champions League.
