Football has been a sport that connects fans from all around the globe. A sport that has so much of an intensity that even for a second if one blinks their eye, they might miss something of a game changer. The fan following has been seen among fans who support various clubs from different parts of the world.

No wonder fans make up the stadium go wild during matches and if just not for the money, clubs are driven by their fans. We have seen them with different attitudes when their teams win or lose or at times when a financial concern occurs, how much of a support they act to be. Celebrities also follow football a lot and are now even used as an influencer marketing tactic to bring more spectators to the club. Here are some notable mentions

IDRIS ALBA AND RANVEER SINGH – ARSENAL

Idris Akuna Alba is by far one the best actors in the Hollywood industry right now with starring roles in hits like Suicide Squad, Fast and Furious: Hobbs and Shaw, Mandela: The Long Walk to Freedom, etc. The London-born actor has no hesitance in openly revealing his love for Arsenal. A year ago he was also seen in a video with JOE for the promotion of his movie Beast where he predicted them winning the league and was very impressed with their form, well that didn’t happen for sure.

Famous Bollywood Actor Ranveer Singh is also a big fan of the gunners. Often seen in the stands of Emirates stadium cheering for them in home matches he is widely regarded as one of the biggest fans of the Invincibles. He has been supporting Aston Villa for quite a long time and when asked about why is he so attached to the club, he came up with a strange answer - “I’m a fan because their name sounds so pleasant “. The relationship between the club and the singer is so much that he was one’s given a squad number (17) and was named among the rest of the players in season 20201-2022. It has been revealed the Blackout kit in that season was also designed in collaboration with him.

RAFAEL NADAL – REAL MADRID

The 22-time Grand Slam winner has had the opportunity to choose his career as a professional footballer or a tennis player at a young age. He chose Tennis but his love for football never ended. His affection for Real Madrid made him move his match just to make sure it doesn’t clash with the Los Blancos match vs Manchester City in the Champions League. He has also been seen in Ads with Cristiano Ronaldo during his time at the Santiago Bernabeu.

JAMES McAVOY - CELTIC

James McAvoy is well known for his role in the X-Men series. Born in Glasgow he has had a long-standing relationship with The Bhoys which has been seen publicly. He was also given the new Adidas traditional green and white stop jersey by the Celtic club and defender Christopher Jullien during his time at Celtic Park. The veteran actor has also played in charity games that had been held in Glasgow before representing the Hoops.
