In T20 cricket, having the right balance and a combination of players make a great team. Before a team enters the T20 World Cup, they ensure that they are well prepared and all the boxes are ticked. 

The selectors, captain, and coach select a team which have the best combination- opening batsman, all-rounders, wicket-keeper, spinners, and a fourth seamer/spinner.
