FIFA 21 TOTY Release Date: EA sports reveals the date for the TOTY Ultimate XI for 2020

Now that the community voting phase is already over, EA sports have given us when the FIFA 21 TOTY Ultimate XI release date is. The FUT 21 TOTY promo set will also be kicking off very shortly. 

The FIFA fan community had over 70 players to choose from, and only 12 can make it to the Final FIFA 21 TOTY Ultimate XI. Some of the most popular contenders, who are almost surely going to make it were, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandez, Virgil Van Dyk & Jack Grealish. 

However, the big question on everyone's mind is when is the FIFA 21 TOTY release date? The answer is 22 January 2021, Friday. EA Sports confirmed this date through a post, which was made on their website. 

The voting was opened on 7th January 2021 and it ended last night on 18 January 2021. However, it is not easy to choose the best XI for 2020 among them, as we have seen some stellar performances in the last year, despite the onset of the Coronavirus induced worldwide lockdown.  

EA Sports have also confirmed that the FIFA 21 TOTY votes are currently being counted to determine who will make the cut and who will be left out. 

The final Team of the Year XI will be announced on January 22, when special TOTY player items featuring some of the highest ratings of the season will release in FUT 21 to celebrate each player's incredible performances over the course of a year like no other.

According to this post on the website, it seems that the full FUT 21 TOTY Ultimate XI will release into packs immediately & all at once.
